Your personal information, along with all deposits & payments for accommodation are securely passed through to our partner, Tremblantalouer, who will fulfill your reservation. The payments will be taken by Mont-Tremblant Réservations in accordance with the policies set out below. *Your credit card statement will show the charge as coming from MONT TREMBLANT RESERVATIONS.
Minimum age required
TremblantAlouer requires that all guests be a minimum of 30 years of age. A valid credit card is required for the deposit and to secure the reservation.
The Tenants accept to pay in total to TremblantAlouer any damages or missing items that occur during their stay. Any Damages have to immediately be reported to TremblantAlouer. TremblantAlouer reserve the right to determine inappropriate behaviors and any amount that would be charged. Any noise and disrespectful behaviors towards the neighborhood or the property may result in a fine. As these homes are located in the residential areas of the resort, please note that noise disturbance ordinances are strictly enforced. We regret that we cannot accept any reservations whose primary purpose is to party, TremblantAlouer reserves the right to cancel a reservation that does not correspond to our requirements. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Please note that a credit card will be requested at check-in for a security deposit of $ 1000 for each property rental and is held as a guarantee against possible damage during a stay. Also for and any other fee that may occur after check-in.
Check-in / Check-out
At or after 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. The instructions for the check-in procedure will be sent by email at least one week in advance. All our properties are accessible directly by an access code.
At or before 11:00 am on the day of departure. To accommodate guests’ travel plans late departures may be arranged for a nominal fee. Prior to vacating the property, the Tenant is responsible for the removal of all garbage and recyclables, ensuring that all dishes and cookware are clean, and returning any furniture that was moved to its original position. Failure to comply may lead to penalty charges.

Respect the neighborhood
There will be no loud or large parties in the home or on the grounds—quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. All guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and conduct themselves at all times in a manner respectful and inoffensive to the neighbors. IN the case of unforeseen events out of our control including but not limited to internet or telephone service interruption, water shortage or sewer failure, any “act of nature” including power failure, TremblantALouer Inc will not be held liable for monetary compensation including refund of rental fees paid, or responsible for any obligations arising from the event. Upon request, TremblantALouer Inc will make every effort to help the Tenant locate a similar rental property in the area; all associated rental costs are the responsibility of the Tenant. THE decision to rent this property and use the home facilities (including but not limited to the spa, sauna, BBQ) and electrical appliances (including but not limited to all kitchen appliances, telephone, internet, television) is entirely at the Tenant’s risk. No responsibility can be accepted by TremblantALouer Inc or the owner of the rental property for any event resulting in death, injury, loss of personal effects, or damage to the Tenant or his/her guests’ personal property
TremblantAlouer collects certain personal information at the time of booking. This information is required exclusively for the purpose of maintaining contact with the Renter and securing all payments. Personal information will not be used for any other purpose nor will it be disclosed or sold to any third party. TremblantAlouer reserves the right to maintain this personal information and contact the Renter in the future with information and/or promotions regarding its rental properties.
CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION, AND NO SHOW POLICIES : NOTE: There will be no charges for a change of date or unit. FLASH SALE policy: 100% deposit is due upon booking and is non-refundable. —————————————————————- REGULAR POLICIES: (See Holiday period for exception) – The total amount of the deposit will be fully refunded (less $100 management fee*) for a cancellation received 26 days or more prior to arrival. – A cancellation received 25 days or less prior to arrival, the total amount of the reservation is non-refundable. No refunds will be applicable in the case of a cancellation in part or in full due to an “Act of God” or unfavorable weather conditions. Some restrictions may apply. —————————————————————- ***EXCEPTION*** Holiday Period: December 21st, to January 1st, 2022 • A cancellation received 36 days or more prior to the arrival date, the total amount of the deposit will be fully refunded (less 10% management fee) • A cancellation received 35 days or less prior the arrival date, the total amount will be retained by TremblantÀlouer. – A cancellation received as of November 15 and after, the total amount will be retained and TremblantÀlouer will do everything in its power to re-rent the said property. No refunds will be applicable in the case of a cancellation in part or in full due to an “Act of God” or unfavorable weather conditions. Some restrictions may apply. —————————————————————- NO SHOW: In the case, guests do not present themselves (No show), there will be no refund. No refunds will be given for an early departure. —————————————————————- Station Mont Tremblant make arrangements with hotels, activity providers, and other independent parties to provide our guests with the services they purchase. While we use great care in selecting these service providers, Station Mont Tremblant has no authority over them and cannot be held liable for their acts, omissions, faults or negligence or those of their employees, nor for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature that could result therefrom. The services provided are subject to the general terms and conditions of those service providers.
FLASH SALE POLICY: 100% deposit is due upon booking and is non-refundable. Not modifiable. REGULAR POLICIES: If a stay covers two policies, the date of arrival determines which policy will be used. DEPOSIT: To secure a reservation 50% of the total stay will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. PAYMENT: Balance of payment is due 25 days prior to arrival (*See Holiday period for exception) *Exception for the Holiday period (December 21st, 2021 to January 1st, 2022) The full payment is due on November 15th. Failure to remit the balance due will cause the renter to forfeit the deposit and the reservation will be canceled. *** IMPORTANT *** If the deposit date is within 2 days from the final balance due date, then the total amount of the reservation will be charged on the deposit date. TAXES: – Taxes applied are the 5% TPS (GST) the 9.975% TVQ (QST) and the TRA Royalty (Tremblant Resort Association) of 3.5%. – All taxes and Royalty are subject to change without notice. RENTAL AGREEMENT: To secure your preferred property and vacation dates a rental contract is issued by TremblantÀLouer at the time of booking. The confirmation will be sent to the guest by email within 24 hours of booking. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: For insurance and safety purposes occupancy (including children over 3 years of age & visitors) is not to exceed the maximum capacity of the property. If the total number of guests exceeds the home’s maximum allowable occupancy, this Agreement can be immediately terminated without a refund.
